I'm a UX Designer at Smith & Associates in Houston. My path here ran through full-stack engineering at Educative, design engineering at OneSignal, and UX consulting for university research groups via Purdue's DVC Lab — which means I can usually find common ground with most people in a product room.

My design philosophy: ship fast and get it right. I hold both. I know when a project needs rigorous research and when it needs a decision made by Thursday. I leverage AI tools in my process for ideation, brainstorming and early prototyping. However, I do not believe in using AI simply for the sake of using it.

Outside work: painting, reading, pickleball, single-player games, Manchester United (unfortunately).
